2025 is keeping me on my toes! Since the last newsletter, I have gotten 4 more listings under contract for the spring market AND sold 3 more homes to my buyers! This market seems to have one thing on its mind: its real estate! With all that, I found some time to relax with Rudy, and we headed to Antigua; this was our first time staying on the island. I have to say, I didn't open my computer once! (ok, ok, I may have peeked on my phone once or twice...😃), but I did relax! Overall, this was a fantastic one-week trip, and I would definitely go back. I also found a few moments to spend with those handsome grandbabies I have. Aren't they just HAMS?? 🤩

I'm still scheduling listing appointments weekly, and the homes I have under contract will start hitting the market this next week or so. Rates are still a bit higher than we are used to, but the buyers are still buzzing! 

While ice fishing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and vacationing this winter, keep real estate in your mind. It is stated that each one of you knows at least 4 people who will move this year.
