March, 🍀 my goodness! You are showing us the hello SPRING parts of why I love Minnesota so much, also why I love saying goodbye to winter, and ALL in the same week!  It seems our "normal" spring weather is here! Since the last newsletter, I have been busy showing homes and writing offers. I have one client who keeps getting into multiples! We keep trying, though. We will find the right place soon; I can feel it! 🤩

I continue to schedule listing appointments weekly; a couple more of the homes I have under contract will be hitting the market in the next 2-3 weeks.  Rates are still hovering around 6.5%+, but the buyers don't seem bothered. Life changes are still demanding the market. There is nothing to be scared of in a slower market unless you are in a hurry! Then, in that case, why haven't you called me yet? J/K, in all seriousness, we can find a way to help you sell. If you are in need, just call or text. My focus remains on working for you when you are ready; I will continually educate you on the market and the trends I see so we can make your money work the best for you.
