Whelp, 2025 is HERE!!!
I had a wonderful Holiday season with friends and family, and this year, I spent a lot of time with my two grandbabies! Being a grandma is just the absolute best! My mom made it from Ohio for Christmas, and Rudy and I went to a fabulous New Year's Eve party with fireworks! I hope you all had a fantastic season as well. Now that the year has changed over, I have hit the ground running in Real Estate, and boy, it has been busy! 

Over this holiday season and into January, the market kept growing. My listing appointments are stacking up, and buyers are buzzing! Rates are not so scary anymore (even tho they are still higher than we have seen in recent years). Overall, we are just getting more comfortable with what is; I am also seeing buy-downs happen, which is a game changer. (if you're unsure what I mean by that, call me, and let's chat!) 

I'm here to be leaned on, especially in Real Estate. So far, 2025 is not a disappointment! LOL (maybe it's too early to tell). No matter, I'm keeping my eye on the prize and my head in the game (unlike those Vikes, huh?) My focus remains on working for you when you are ready; I will continually educate you on the market and the trends I see so we can make your money work the best for you.
