Nice to meet you, I’m Tammy Sartwell and I was born and raised in this beautiful, four-season (sometimes 3 in one day) state of Minnesota. Raised by a single, hard-working, Registered Nurse momma and then on our momma’s work weekends, we were with our beloved gramps and gram. Being raised with this legacy has given me a deeply rooted love for all things Home. I have a strong work ethic, a fierce family focus, and a desire to help others while creating genuine relationships.

After graduating college in ‘97 from SCSU with a degree in Marketing, I married my college sweetheart in 1997. From our first apartment to purchasing our first home here in MN while working for the facilities/property management department at a Fortune 500 company, making home feel like home has always been a priority for me. This love of all things Home has also carried over into my career in Real Estate. We moved briefly to Castle Rock, Colorado as a young family with our one-year-old son; it was then that I started an online home décor company with everything from bedding to clocks and candle holders.

After realizing how much we missed Minnesota and being close to our families and friends, we settled down in Waconia, MN. Since 2002, we have called Carver County our home. In Waconia, we built our home (literally); I continued to grow my business while being a momma to our eventual four children, three sons and a daughter, while my husband was a General Contractor. I love planning and executing DIY projects and interior design. Over the years, we have taken on many projects, large and small, from whole house remodels to “honey, we should do this right now…” We’ve also bought and sold several homes and hobby farms.
I love being a part of our community and helping others. Meeting friends, old and new and creating connections is a part of who I am.

You will find me pontooning on the lake, volunteering with local charities including Auxiliary, taking long walks on our gravel road with our pup named Onion, attending meat raffle at the Legion, scouring boutique, vintage shops and thrift stores, attending Show Choir & theatre events, listening to live music on patios and outdoor concerts and traveling.

With all of my clients Real Estate dreams in mind, my work is down to earth, diligent, caring and fun! Buy, sell, build, remodel or invest. Finding and making a house into a home while helping others is a passion of mine. My goal is to create an exceptional real estate experience by adding value and creating genuine client relationships. I absolutely love what I do!
